How long approximately will my order be delivered after shipped?

-For Canada: 2-10 business days

-For USA: 3-7 business days

-For international (outside Canada/USA): For untracked orders outside Canada/USA. Just to be safe. Please give it about 2-9 weeks (in business days) for delivery due to delays from the holidays, COVID and/or your local country's custom. I sadly would not be able to provide you updates on any untracked shipment as I would have as much info as you do. Would recommend tracked method so you will be provided updates and peace of mind. Please do not hesitate to contact me though and we can work something out!

Do you do worldwide shipping?

Yes I do! (With the EXCEPTION of countries that are part of the EU and UK; you will need to shop on my Etsy store due to VAT: https://www.etsy.com/shop/BubzTea)

Return to sender shipments/Returns

Any orders that are returned to me will be subject to a return fee (between $5-10 CAD; depending on what is charged on my end). I will contact any return to sender shipments as soon as I get notified about them. The item will then be held for 15 days. If shipping isn't resolved within that period, the package will not be reshipped and NO refund will be issued. If you would like it to be reshipped, buyers are responsible for purchasing another shipping label + the return fee.

For buyers who are returning items after contacting me and a return has been initiated. Once I receive the returned item and confirm it is in it's original condition, a refund will be issued minus original shipping cost.

Any special requests on orders are not eligible for exchange or refunds.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The store is not responsible for any delays due to customs and will not be able to refund shipping/handling fees if package is denied due to customs fees.

Do you do custom diorama orders?

Sadly no, not at this current time. 

I do not accept returns and/or exchanges 

I don't accept cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
